Playground Structure, Concrete, and Installation Project
Project Location: Rae C. Stedman Elementary School, 303 Dolphin St., Petersburg, AK
Scope of Work Includes:
- Construction of engineered concrete footings
- Installation of full concrete slab (approx. 18’ x 40’)
- Assembly of pre-engineered steel roof structure (Has been ordered and will be on site)
- Installation of playground equipment (Has been ordered and will be on site)
Structure is designed for 150 PSF snow load and built to IBC 2021 standards.
Bid Requirements:
Provide pricing broken out by the following scope items:
- Footings
- Concrete slab
- Steel structure assembly
- Playground equipment installation
Include project schedule and contractor qualifications.
Engineered drawings and specifications available upon request.
Proposal Submission:
Interested contractors should submit their proposals, including qualifications and cost estimates, to facility@pcsd.us by June16th, 2026 .
