At this time we are unable to staff After School Recess Monday through Thursday from 3:00-3:45. Starting Monday, November 28th After School Recess will only be offered on Friday's from 12:30-1:15. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and will revisit this at the end of February.

The School District is hosting a Veterans Day parade again this year on Friday, November 11th. We are encouraging all Veterans and their families to come parade and be honored. Veterans can ride in their own car/truck or catch a ride in the Viking bus! The Parade lineup starts at the corner of Dolphin and 5th Street at 9:15 am (up the hill by the Children's Center). The parade will begin at 9:30 am and will travel along Dolphin in front of the Elementary school, through the Parks and Rec parking lot, and then past the Middle and High school. The community is encouraged to come out and cheer anywhere along the parade route. There will be music and the Quilts of Valor will be distributed in front of the High School. Reminder: Bright and early tomorrow morning! Join us for the Middle School Quarter 1 Awards! It will be Tuesday, November 8th at 8:15 am! All parents/family members are invited to attend and celebrate the hard work of the Middle Schoolers! Enter through the High School doors and head to the auditorium - see you then!
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Parent Teacher conferences for Middle and High School students are THIS WEEK! Thursday November 3rd 4pm-8pm and Friday November 4th 2pm - 6pm. Appointments are required, and you can schedule your conference at this link: https://signup.com/group/766981428609448030 Time slots are filling up so please check it out!
*Special note - High School students will have an extra early release at 12:05 on Friday November 4th. Elementary and Middle will have normal Friday release times. High school students who ride the bus can catch the afternoon bus at 12:45pm on Friday Nov. 4th.
